The Scene
Negril, located in the heart of Chelsea specializes in Authentic Caribbean cuisine. Negril’s menu can be described as “home-style” focusing on the Island of Jamaica. Negril is pure Caribbean: real, authentic Jamaican comfort food. Small in size, big on flavors of true caribbean food that only true Caribbeans can pull off. With its long swooping bar, splashes of color, aquarium, and Reggae backdrop, Negril will make one feel like an instant local in its lively environment. In addition to the varieties of fish, numerous jerk entrees, and the roti assortments, Negril Village/ Negril’s bars boast an added bonus – New York’s largest selection of rums from the Caribbean’s favorite destinations. – Negril

Been wanting to come here after I went to Jamaica, but never had a chance. Finally, came here last week for Ben (he was on a business trip from Jamaica)! The food was great and all 13 of us was satisfied! I DEF recommend this place and I will come back here one day, also will try the Negril Village location out too! My Negril’s Oxtail & Lima Bean Stew is soooooooooooooooo DAMN GOOD, I’m salivating now! Obviously I couldn’t take all 13 entrees and appetizers so I only took the foods around me haha…after the jump…
