The Scene
Basta Pasta was established in Tokyo, Japan in 1985, which was designed after the TV program “Iron Chef” with totally open kitchen as “Kitchen Theater”. In 1990, Basta Pasta opened in New York. We would like to welcome our guests to enjoy Italian as The Japanese do, “How the Japanese do classic Italian”. – Basta Pasta
I made reservations a month before to try this place out, my friend told me its mad good in Boston! Went with some of my favorite sisters, we try to get together every month. I didn’t read any reviews or anything b/c I like Italian food, I was suprised when I walked in b/c its a Japanese owned Italian joint! Everyone that worked there were Japanese, the food was really good. Everyone enjoyed the dishes, I will def come back again! Peep the meal after the jump…
