Designer Sloane Angell goes from menswear designer for Tom Ford, to footwear designer for Marc Jacobs women’s collection, to finally launching his first ever solo project, MERCER MARKET. This new menswear line is a New York luxury brand that intermingles men’s fashion and sportswear.
Here’s the first look at MERCER MARKET’s Spring/Summer 2015 lookbook, a brand to lookout for as they design a variety of ready-to-wear luxury essentials including leather goods, accessories and jewelry. The collection features model, Petey Wright wearing eccentric pieces like a leather kilt, oversized tank top with jeans, and fine prima cotton athletic wear.
To ensure the originality of the brand and of the customer, only a limited amount of select pieces are sold. And while the line was created primarily for men, many pieces can be worn as a unisex garment. These looks are perfect for those days where comfort and functionality don’t have to be sacrificed for fashion and style.
