Remember my post about the Prada Baroque Sunglasses back in April? Well if you’re as obsessive about the sunglasses as Prada and I, I think you’ll appreciate this post. Prada is launching a new creative project linked to its eyewear collections by debuting two new glasses from its Minimal-Baroque range in conjunction with the release of eight photographs. The images were selected together with Vogue Talents, the annual supplement of Vogue Italia dedicated to new talent in fashion and presented in a special section on the magazine’s digital platform, Vogue.it.

The sunglasses style is still that of the deluxe rococo design created for the fashion shows of Milan and Beijing, although this version features curlicues either only on the front or on the arms. The glasses will be available in all Prada stores and selected opticians around the world starting starting this month.

The FROM DRAWINGS TO PICTURES project features the works of Federica Di Giovanni, Kuba Dabrowski, Ciraudo_Majola, Mattia Buffoli, Rosi di Stefano, Tassili Calatroni, Tatiana Uzlova and Tomás Nogueira, and will be presented together in Prada stores in Milan, Hong Kong, London, Paris, Istanbul, Madrid, and New York from May 17. Very interesting and cool indeed!

Love the two new styles of the sunglasses, want!
