Havaianas x Ace Hotel & Swim Club Palm Springs

Summer is around the corner and it’s almost time for flip flop days, Havaianas has collaborated with the Ace Hotel and Swim Club in Palm Springs to launch a limited edition sandal during the Coachella Music Festival. The design of the flip flops and packaging was inspired by simplicity and a return to the classics. The white rubber sandal with black strap pays homage to the original Havaianas design from 1962. Each pair features a pin modeled after the hotel’s signature coyote mascot that was custom designed by Ace Hotel & Swim Club Palm Springs for hotel guests and visitors.

“Havaianas embodies the idea of an instant classic,” said Alex Calderwood, Ace Hotel founder. “It’s a product that is straight forward, comfortable, has stood the test of time and has just as much relevance today as it did in Brazil back in 1962. We can only hope that Ace Hotel will have such staying power.”

Starting April 15th, guests will be able to buy the limited edition Havaianas flip flops from their hotel room mini-bar. They are available with a signature black strap for men and women for $22. In addition, fifty limited edition Ace Hotel sandals will be also available for purchase at www.us.havaianas.com.
