Wired magazine opened it’s fifth annual holiday pop-up store this past weekend with an opening party on Friday, November 20th. This was my first time at the Wired store and it was fun, the store brings the pages of Wired to life. This year Moby lent a hand with design and also performed a special DJ set at the opening night party, along with curations by Adrian Grenier and Tony Hawk. The store contains a lot of new technology and cutting-edge products including laptops, games, active gear, home goods and toys, visitors can come in and get hands on and purchase featured products online as well.
I got all geeked out and tried out a bunch of products that night, the teeny tiny Dynamism UMID mbookM1 was quite amazing, but it was hard to type on even with small hands. Loved the Dyson Air Multiplier Fan, no blades and grill makes it safe and easy to clean, the Vestax Guber CM-02 USB Turntable is really cool too! Karmaloop was there representing too, lots of dope products, check out the pics yourself. The store will remain open through December 27th, check out the store and have fun!
