This season, Gilt Groupe is transcending the electronic retail world in support of fashion on the red carpet and the catwalk. Gilt Groupe has officially signed on as a sponsor for designers at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, sponsoring epitimous labels Alexander Wang and Rodarte, both of which will be available on the site later this month. Gilt Groupe is also participating in Fashion’s Night Out, selling the commemorative T-shirts to benefit the September 11th memorial and museum, with 40% of proceeds going to Fashion’s Night Out.
