I’ve been anticipating the launch of the Rachel Rachel Roy for Macy’s collection since I’ve previewed it at Rachel Roy’s showroom back in April. In about 3 weeks the collection will arrive at Macy’s where it will be sold exclusively but according to WWD, there will be a pop-up shop in SoHo at 111 Spring Street on September 10th. The pop-up shop will be opened for 10 days or until all merchandise is sold out and will house the entire collection of RRR merchandise. I can’t wait!
“Having your own store is the only medium through which you get to tell your story to the customer in its complete essence,” Roy said. “I absolutely hope to have my own store one day, and to me, launching the Rachel Rachel Roy pop-up store is the most appropriate first step in that path.”
