Sienna and Savannah Miller’s Twelve8Twelve brand has branched out to the accessories market for fall. According to WWD, “the label has produced a 12-piece collection of tote bags, wallets and clutch bags in a range of leathers, from soft palma leather to glossy leathers embossed with crocodile and elephant textures”. The line was inspired by the “gritty Shane Meadows film This Is England to Dylan Thomas’ poetry”. The names of the handbags are called the Harlech (tote), Lezark (structured handbag), Jezebel (zippered clutch) and Wallace (small purse). Besides handbags, there are also three styles of wide leather belts, leather gloves and silk scarves.
Retail prices for the collection run from 85 pounds, or about $168, for a wallet, to 460 pounds, or $913, for the line’s largest bag, the Harlech. Most of the bags are priced at around 300 pounds, or $592. Stores that will carry the accessories line in fall includes Harvey Nichols (London), Tracey Ross and Aura (LA), We One You Too (Washington) and NeimanMarcus.com.
